01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IPTV 8K OTT ("the Service"), purchasing a subscription, or contacting us to activate an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a subscription.

02 Service Description

IPTV 8K OTT provides a subscription-based streaming service including:

• 40,000+ live channels, 200,000+ VOD titles and 100,000+ series (library size may vary over time).
• Streaming quality up to Ultra 8K where content, device and internet speed allow; otherwise 4K/HD/SD.
• M3U playlists and Xtream Codes compatible with third-party player applications.
• 24/7 support via WhatsApp and email, including free setup assistance.

03 Account & Credentials

• Your credentials are delivered to the email or WhatsApp you provide at purchase — ensure these are accurate.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.
• Credentials are licensed to you personally and must not be sold, transferred or publicly posted.
• We may reset credentials if we detect security risks or sharing abuse.

04 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal viewing. You must not:

• Redistribute, re-stream, record or publicly display the content, in whole or in part.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose (public venues, rebroadcasting, charging third parties to watch) without a written reseller agreement.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe or disrupt the servers, or share access beyond your purchased connections.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable local law or regulation — you are responsible for compliance in your country.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination without refund.

05 Connections & Fair Use

• Each plan includes a set number of simultaneous connections (1–6). One connection = one stream at a time on one device.
• Streaming beyond your purchased connections (e.g. sharing your login publicly) triggers fair-use protections and may throttle or suspend the account.
• Multi-room family use within your connection limit is perfectly fine — that's what the plans are for.

06 Payments & Renewal

• All plans are one-time payments per term — no automatic renewal, no hidden charges.
• Prices are shown in USD; your payment provider may apply its own conversion or fees.
• Activation follows immediately after payment confirmation, 24/7.
• To renew, contact us — your credentials stay the same. Service stops at the end of the paid term unless renewed.

07 Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: a 48-hour money-back guarantee applies when the Service doesn't work on your device after our support team has assisted you. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered for instantly activated digital services — ask for a free test line before ordering.

08 Intellectual Property

All branding, site design, text and graphics belonging to IPTV 8K OTT are protected. The streamed content is provided by third-party sources; we do not claim ownership of that content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for the duration of your subscription.

09 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• Every channel or title will be available at all times in all regions.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free (we target 99.9% uptime with backup servers).
• Third-party player apps will remain compatible or available in app stores.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV 8K OTT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or inability to access the Service — arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, active subscribers are notified by email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first attempt to be resolved amicably through direct contact with our support team.
